Today's projects

So in the spirit of recycling and reusing I decided I did not want to throw this away but dress it up a little.

I was going to take off the apple juice sticker, but i thought it gave the centerpiece character. And everything I used was at my house, so this was free!

I had these nasty curtain-type things hanging in my dining room. Until there was IKEA. I bought this funky fabric and sewed me some new ones. It cost be about $50 & I actually have enough left over to make valances for my kitchen windows!
I love how this brightens up this room!
